A 5,000 sq ft built-up roof on a home in the Scottsdale area was last coated in 2017 with a standard commodity coating. Nearly a decade of Arizona heat cycles had worn it down. We prepared the surface and applied the full two-layer IntelliKoat™ Restore system without a tear-off. The EnBase™ 110 basecoat sealed the surface and bonded to it. The EnFlex™ 210 topcoat followed, with 40" polyester fabric reinforced into the re-coat at all seams.
