A 60,000 sq ft warehouse in Pedricktown, New Jersey had an aging TPO roof that needed to support new energy infrastructure. In fall 2025, we applied IntelliKoat™ to restore and strengthen the roof instead of replacing it. The project is a field study supported by the Wells Fargo Innovation Incubator (IN2) at the National Laboratory of the Rockies, in collaboration with Galvanize.
