Thought Leader Webinar Series invites EnKoat's CEO to Present
[Phoenix] — June 8, 2022— Dr. Matthew Aguayo, EnKoat’s Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, was invited to give a talk as part of HOBO’s Thought Leader Webinar Series. His talk highlighted the need for accurate and reliable monitoring equipment, which collects data wirelessly while developing innovative temperature-regulating technologies. The audience got a firsthand insight how the engineers at EnKoat use a variety of temperature monitoring tools from Onset, both Bluetooth- and cellular- enabled temperature data loggers, to measure the thermal performance in both lab and field-scale experiments.
“While working on large scale field assignments we need more time to spend on development and hence products offered by Onset help us worry less about monitoring and data logging. In these exciting times , where EnKoat is working on various technologies, products from Onset save a lot of time and also make us more efficient says EnKoat CEO, Dr. Matthew Aguayo.
EnKoat’s R&D, funded by the National Science Foundation, is focused on developing these
novel coatings to maximize energy savings for infrastructure. “At a time when thermal management is gaining momentum and is the subject of several conversations in the industry, an innovative technology like Active Insulation™ can have a huge impact driving sustainability and reducing emissions, and in order to create the path breaking technology, the results that we receive from products provided by Onset definitely enable us to be on track with development and accuracy in testing”, Arora says.
Webinar attendees also learned about the motivation behind EnKoat’s vision to decarbonize the built environment and the impact EnKoat’s technology can have towards a sustainable future.
